Organizing Authority: The Richmond Yacht Club (RYC) is the organizing authority, in conjunction with PCISA and the NorCal league.

Location and Racing Area: Richmond Yacht Club, 351 Brickyard Cove Road, Point Richmond, CA, 94801.  The racing area for Silver fleet and Gold fleet will be announced at the Competitors meeting the morning of Jan. 11th. It is the RC’s intention to have Gold and Silver on separate race courses.

**Note** TRAILER UNLOADING AND LOADING WILL BE ONLY ALLOWED IN THE NORTH SECTION OF THE RYC PARKING LOT.  DO NOT DRIVE PAST THE NO PARKING SIGNS.

NO BOATS ARE TO BE TIED UP BLOCKING SLIPS OR IN EMPTY SLIPS.

Rules: The RRS of 2013-2016 apply, as modified by the current ISSA and PCISA procedural rules, the provisions for 2013-2014 NorCal league regattas, and the sailing instructions.

Eligibility, Entry & Entry Fee, Registration:

-The regatta is open to all High School Teams registered for the 2013-2014 PCISA season.

-The Entry fee is $20 per competitor: checks payable to RYC.  

- Fee will include continental breakfast and Lunch, supplied by Tacos Camacho.

-Deadline to Register is Thursday, Jan. 9th.  NO REGISTRANTS ACCEPTED AFTER 6 PM Jan. 9th. Enter by filling out registration form on the PCISA website.  

Format: The 2013-2014 NorCal League Provisions apply:

-Each team must provide class legal CFJ’s, including sails with distinct NorCal assigned sail numbers. -There will be no boat rotations.

-Each team will race in either Gold or Silver Divison. These divisions will be predetermined by the teams’ own coach. 

- Coaching is permitted on the water or shore in between races only

- Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in both Gold and Silver fleets.

**No Sailors/Coaches/Parents are allowed upstairs at anytime***
