3. While setting up the Healy, I noticed how many schools have not updated their rosters yet.
- ISSA PR 1.2 requires that those competing be on the roster.
- An updated roster means those names will appear on Tech Score.
- It is a requirement of the coaches to make sure that Race Participation information is entered properly into Tech Score at each regatta (ISSA PR 4.2).The penalty is pretty severe.
