Three things today:

1. NESSA Spring Championships: Registration window for NESSA Spring Championships closes on April 1 at 2359.  To check your school's status, click the link below.  Remember, payment must be received for registration to be valid.  There are a number of schools that have either yet to pay regatta fees or pay your 2022-2023 NESSA membership fee.  April 1^st is the last day to complete this task.  After that, you will be removed from the registration list.  I understand that this is new for some of you (parents trying to figure out what you need to do for the first time).  AFTER reviewing the registration list for reach regatta, if you have questions, ASK!

2. RESULTS: Results from team races have started to flow in (East Greenwich vs P Abbey was the first this year).  Read the protocols below to understand how to report your scores.

3. LOGISTICS: As a coach of an "active" team, here is what you need to do right now?

1. Database Management.  Is your page on the NESSA/ISSA Directory page of website up to date, including coach contact info, team roster, etc.  If not, log in and update the information.
    
2. Tech Score: To compete in High School sailing,  a team needs to access their school's Tech Score page.  Each school gets one set of credentials.  If you are new to your program, contact the person who had them last year to get the log in credentials.  If that is not possible, there are directions at the bottom of the Tech Score page as to what to do next.  A switchover takes time, so this now would be the time to act.

Database management and Tech Score assess is best taken care of WELL before your first meet.  The night before will be too late.
