San Diego Yacht Club will host the Pacific Coast Interscholastic Sailing Association's (PCISA) Girls Invitational from October 21-22, 2017. This regatta is an all-girls event that draws high school teams from all across the country to participate. There will be 21 teams participating in the 2017 running of the event, with 15 of those teams traveling to San Diego from out of town.

The Sea Otter Regatta is coming to Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club October 14-15, 2017. The Sailing Instructions and details from the organizers have been posted. PCISA is looking forward to a great event in Monterey.

There are 4 sets (Main and Jib) of used PCISA CFJ Sails still available for sale. These sails were purchased by PCISA in 2010 from North Sails and used for 3-4 years as the District Racing Sails. Since early 2014 these sails have been stored and only used a few times. They are in similar condition (slightly more used) as the sails currently being used at major PCISA Regattas. Money from the sale of these sails will help fund the purchase of new District CFJ sails (by Spring 2018). These sails can be inspected at and ultimately picked up from the US Sailing Center-Long Beach, CA.

Final ranks resulted in Antilles High School taking the first place in the national team race championship! Second place was earned by Point Loma High School and third place went to Milton Academy.
