PCISA has posted the updated 2013-2014 Supplemental Rules. See the District Rules tab under "About PCISA" in the menu.

We had 30 boats for SoCal #1 at NHYC on September 14th. 7 Races were sailed, 5 of which were in a very light and shifty Southerly breeze. A huge thank you to Steve Schupak and Jeff Kraus for adjusting the course a few dozen times throughout the morning and early afternoon.

A draft of the proposed rule modifications for PCISA is now available. The rule topics involve sailor eligibility, no-show penalties, and team contact requirements. Please review.
