State, County, and Local re-opening guidelines and modifications were published late on April 16th, making the attached Calendar and events possible. We are working on publishing Notices of Race (NOR) and Online Entry Registrations in compliance with these guidelines. Please review this article for anticipated publish and deadline dates.
The PCISA Board in conjunction with the hosts has canceled the NorCal and SoCal events for April 17-18, 2021. They have been re-scheduled (as previously discussed) for May 1-2, 2021.
State, County and Local re-opening guideline developments and modifications are expected to be announced from April 6th through April 13th. Due to this, formal announcements about scheduled events may come sooner than the Decision Dates as published here.
The PCISA Board met again on Tuesday evening, March 23rd. It is noted that things are moving in a very positive direction but that State and County Guidance has not yet moved to a place that allows High School Sailing Events that involve multiple teams and participants from numerous Counties. Several schools, districts, and athletic departments have confirmed their expectation for firm compliance with these guidelines for High School Sailing Teams.
