The Notice of Race is posted for the 2025 Golden Bear Regatta to be held on February 22-23, 2025, at the Encinal Yacht Club.

The Interscholastic Sailing Association (ISSA) has published new Procedural Rules (ISSA PR) to work with the latest Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) for 2025-2028. These are effective January 16, 2025, the beginning of the Spring 2025 Season.
